The owner of this property was keen that their garden building did not impose itself too harshly on their beautifully manicured garden. So we designed it with a softer shape, and adapted the existing border to fit around the finished product to give it a seamless look. This building will be used year-round as an office and a gym, so features both air conditioning and heating systems that are fully controllable from inside their home. There is an extra high-strength floor framework, which combined with a rubberised gym floor throughout provides excellent shock absorption from the free weights. The wall framing also includes concealed additional anchor points for gym equipment.
